High-gloss and traceless injection mold principle

Posted by Admin
The principle of high-gloss seamless injection mold is divided into four points:
     1. Requirements for temperature. The general temperature is required to be 90-130 degrees Celsius. After the injection molding is transferred to the holding pressure, it should be changed to cooling water to reduce the temperature to 60-70 degrees Celsius. At higher temperatures, it is beneficial to eliminate defects such as flow marks, internal stress in the product, and weld lines. In order to prevent the loss of heat, a heat insulation board is generally added to the fixed mold side.
     2. The heating method of the mold. Generally, steam and high superheated water can be used for heating. Steam heating is to input steam into the injection mold during the injection molding process through a constant mold temperature level to increase the temperature, and then cool it with cold water.
     3. The cavity surface is bright. The products produced by the high-gloss non-marking injection mold can be directly transferred without any surface treatment.
The high-gloss traceless injection mold is very sensitive to the structural requirements of the product and is very sensitive to the refraction effect of light, and a slight defect on the surface will be found. Therefore, we must pay attention to regular inspection and timely replacement during use to ensure the high-quality operation of the mold.
